Haydon is the founder of the SAJUDOCTOR(SAJU is a Korean pronunciation of BAZI: 四柱), a global organization devoted to the teaching of Feng Shui, BaZi, Mian Xiang and other Chinese Metaphysics subjects. He is also the Master Consultant of Qui-FengsH hui Consulting Group, specialising in Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology services and audits.

Haydon started her BAZI in 1989 and , since 2010 , has conducted  fengshui & BAZI consulting to the clients. He is also the bestselling author of over 10 books on BaZi, Feng Shui, Chinese Astrology, Face Reading and Yi Jing, many of which have topped the Korean bookstores' bestseller lists. Hundreds of students from all around the world have learnt and mastered BaZi, Classical Feng Shui, Chinese Astrology, and other Chinese Metaphysics subjects through Haydon's books and personal training. Haydon's books are currently taught by over 3 instructors in Korea. .
